ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
This website has been set up to enable students to enter the world of Business Studies as part of their Junior and Leaving Certificate studies. Considerations have also been put in place to implement the new Junior Cert Business Course, including the relevant Learning Outcomes and Key Skills.
Students will have unlimited access to notes from all teaching groups from 1st-6th Year. The course content will be provided in various forms such as practical, detailed, and personally created topic notes, along with Sporlce Key Word Quizzes and YouTube videos that will be supported by classroom teaching and learning.
It is my goal to incorporate relevant explanations as part of the learning process and make the course as interesting and relevant as possible for each and every one of the students. Examples using sport, popular culture, technology, and current events play a key role in how my lessons are communicated.
It is my overall goal for each student to not only learn the core content of the course as part of their studies, but to also gain an insight and understanding to core life skills that will benefit in later life.
