In this section, students will look at the importance of planning for a business with specific focus on SMART Planning and The Business Plan.
They will also have to be able to prepare and analyse a Cash Flow Forecast on behalf of a business. They will need to also be able to make recommendations based on the figures presented.
They will then be presented with a local activity, where they investigate the positive and negative impacts of their decisions from an economic, social and environmental perspective.
